Fort Myers Full Landscape Renovation

For this complete landscape renovation in Fort Myers, we worked closely with the homeowner to transform the front, side, and backyard into a beautiful, functional outdoor space. Our team completed a full landscape makeover featuring new landscape beds, decorative curbing, a natural flagstone pathway surrounded by decorative rock, a custom paver patio, retaining wall, and a variety of carefully selected plants. We also installed new sod in the front yard and made irrigation adjustments to accommodate the updated landscape. At Corbin Outdoor Design, we believe a successful landscape renovation is about more than just appearance. It's about creating outdoor spaces that flow naturally, serve a purpose, and complement the home. By combining thoughtful design with quality installation, we transformed the property into a cohesive landscape the homeowner can enjoy for years to come.

Services

The Fort Myers Project started the way every Corbin Outdoor Design project does: an on-site consultation, then a to-scale design the homeowners could see before anything was built. With the design approved, the same team removed the existing landscape, prepared the beds and installed the new palms, plantings and irrigation to the plan. The hardscape crew than installed the paver patio, retaining wall, and flagstones for the pathway.

Key Features:

Design first:

  • To-scale plan: every bed, palm and path drawn before installation
  • Renderings: the finished look reviewed with the homeowners up front
  • Plant and material list: selections made to the property's sun, soil and drainage
  • One vision: design and installation by the same team

Planting:

  • Existing landscape removed and beds prepared.
  • Palms, shrubs and Florida-friendly plantings installed to the plan.

Irrigation:

  • Zones laid out around the new beds.
  • Heads adjusted for full coverage of lawn and plantings.
  • System tested before hand-over.

Finish:

  • Decorative Rock and concrete curb edging for a clean, finished look.
  • Final walk-through with the homeowners.
  • A landscape that matches the drawing.
From the first site visit to the last planting, the Fort Myers Project followed one plan — and the finished landscape looks like the design the homeowners approved.
