Sanibel Island & Captiva New Home Builder Project

For this luxury new construction project on Sanibel Island, we worked directly with the home builder and homeowner to design and install landscape beds featuring carefully selected palms, native plants, and ground covers to meet local landscaping requirements and pass final inspections. Our team also installed a complete irrigation system designed with future expansion in mind, allowing the homeowner to easily add turf or additional landscaping down the road. At Corbin Outdoor Design, we believe in planning for the future and protecting your investment. Our approach is simple: do the major infrastructure work once, do it right, and leave room for future improvements without unnecessary costs or starting over.
