A front entry redesign: paver walkway, layered plantings, curbing and lighting that give the home curb appeal from the street and a clear path to the door.
The front entry is the first thing every visitor sees. This design replaced the existing approach with a paver walkway, framed it with layered plantings and permanent curbing, and added lighting so the entry reads as well at night as it does by day.
Key Features:
Hardscape:
Paver walkway: a clear, welcoming path from the drive to the door
Base preparation: set to stay level through the seasons
Concrete curbing: permanent bed edges along the walk
Materials: chosen to complement the home's exterior
Planting:
Layered plantings on both sides of the entry.
Palms as anchors, low plantings for the foreground.
Lighting:
Path lighting along the walkway.
Accent lighting on the palms and the entry.
Safe steps and a welcoming glow after dark.
Result:
Curb appeal from the street.
A front entry that feels intentional.
Designed, built and lit as one project.
The new walkway, plantings and lighting were planned as one entry — so the approach to this home now reads as clearly at night as it does in daylight.
